**Job Summary:**
NexDine at Larksfield Place is looking for a new cook to join our growing team. NexDine is committed to preparing and serving only the freshest ingredients with the highest quality preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items for approximately 80 residents daily. The Morning Cook will also ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the established recipes and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably specializing in breakfast and lunch items
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook and plate breakfast and lunch items according to a rotating menu
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and plated according to the established recipes and quality standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient preparation of food
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures

**Working Hours:**
This position is for a Morning Cook with a shift from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
