**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and organized Sous Chef to assist our head chef in the kitchen. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring the quality of food preparation, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment. Must have experience with contracted food service.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Working with-in a budget
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the head chef in planning and directing food preparation
- Oversee and coordinate the work of kitchen staff
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet the set standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing support and guidance
