Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable General Worker to join our food service team. As a General Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department. The ideal candidate should be a hardworking, motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow directions and learn new tasks quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and perform other general cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Operate and maintain food service equipment, such as ovens and grills
- Stock supplies and restock inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized storage and prep area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
