Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the quality and presentation meet our standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu specifications and company standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu items with efficiency and consistency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies
- Assist in the development and improvement of recipes and cooking techniques
- Adhere to portion control standards and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and served on time
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to follow and adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions and preferences
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary school or relevant certification is a plus
