Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker / Server to join our team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks in the food service industry, including serving meals, preparing food, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Your role will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and other items required for service.

- Provide excellent customer service by taking customer orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and promptly relay any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation, such as peeling, slicing, and chopping ingredients.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures, including storing leftovers appropriately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
