**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to enhance the overall experience for visitors at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist guests with questions, directions, and other inquiries.
3. Monitor and respond to guest feedback and requests promptly and effectively.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
5. Maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area.
6. Help resolve any guest complaints or issues in a courteous manner.
7. Provide information about the facility, events, and services offered.
8. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
