Lead Server

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Server to oversee the dining experience at our establishment. The Lead Server will provide excellent customer service, train and mentor serving staff, and ensure the smooth operation of the dining area.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and oversee the serving staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Train new servers on service standards and procedures.
- Assist in creating weekly schedules for servers.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Food handler's permit.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
